For any tribe to function with any sense of normalcy (or at least the appearance of it) there has to be someone running the show and to make sure that everyone else has what they need to succeed.
This mother's day we are thankful for the Tribal Momma.
This year has been a wild ride as she has student taught, finished up a teaching degree, filled in for 3 different maternity leaves (3 different buildings) and still managed to love all of us well. She has kept schedules intact, give hugs when needed, and continue to point our kids toward Jesus with incredible kindness.
Today I am thanking God for the Tribal Momma (aka Robyn, Mom, Momma Bear, and a few other names). We love her and I can't imagine a better mom for our tribe.
Happy Mother's Day to the Tribal Momma.
p.s. We decided that if we are a tribe we need appropriate titles, thus Tribal Momma.
